I. Construction Output in Zhejiang Province for the Third Quarter of 2025
In the third quarter of 2025, Zhejiang Province’s total output value of the construction industry reached RMB 1.635697 trillion, a year-on-year decrease of 6%. Among them, the output value of construction projects was RMB 1.44669 trillion, down 7% year on year;
The completed output value totaled RMB 748.951 billion, down 4% year on year; of this, RMB 332.488 billion was generated outside the province, a decrease of 25% year on year.
II. Contract Value Signed in Zhejiang Province’s Construction Industry in the Third Quarter of 2025
In the third quarter of 2025, construction enterprises in Zhejiang Province recorded contract values totaling RMB 385,527.9 million, a year-on-year decrease of 3%.
In the third quarter of 2025, construction enterprises in Zhejiang Province signed new contracts totaling RMB 147,249.7 million, a year-on-year decrease of 1%.
III. Changes in Construction Area of the Construction Industry in Zhejiang Province in the Third Quarter of 2025
In the third quarter of 2025, construction enterprises in Zhejiang Province recorded a residential building construction area of 124,261.44 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 12%.
In the third quarter of 2025, construction enterprises in Zhejiang Province commenced new residential building projects totaling 258.2353 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 5%.
