Base Introduction
Anhui Mingzhu Dadi Prefabricated Construction Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 and is wholly owned by Zhejiang Dadi Steel Structure Co., Ltd. The company is located in the Xuancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone in Anhui Province, covering nearly 320 mu of land. Its business scope includes technological research and development and technical services in the field of prefabricated construction materials; general construction projects and steel structure engineering; the manufacturing and processing of steel structures, glass curtain walls, lightweight wall panels, and other building materials and related products; R&D, design, production, installation, and sales of prefabricated buildings; specialized engineering design for steel structures; project management, consulting, and technical services for steel structure projects; as well as the design, fabrication, and construction and installation of steel structures, space frames, and metal color-coated steel panels.
The company has undertaken 20 large-scale steel-structure projects both domestically and internationally, including major railway stations, high-rise buildings, industrial facilities, steel bridges, and prefabricated structures. Notable domestic projects include Qiantang High-Speed Railway Station, Shanghai East Station, Huaibei West Station, Jinqiao Projects 05-1 and 04-1, Shanghai Jinwan Project 57-04, Jinggu Project 4A-1, Jinding Project 19, and the Taiping Bird Global Fashion R&D Center project. Overseas projects include the Singapore J108 Metro Station, the Singapore J111 Metro Station, and the Moroccan Steel Corridor project. Following site visits and evaluations, the company has established strategic partnerships with numerous international clients and leading EPC firms.
The company also maintains close collaboration with institutions such as Hefei University of Technology and Xuancheng Vocational and Technical College, as well as with design and research organizations, to jointly develop new structures, new processes, and new technologies.
