As the core hub for ensuring product quality, the company has invested heavily in establishing a specialized steel testing laboratory, which focuses on conducting physicochemical tests on metal raw materials and structural steel components, as well as non-destructive testing services for steel structures, thereby leveraging precise data to safeguard product quality.

Authoritative certification—reliable and trustworthy.

Since its establishment, the laboratory has consistently strived to meet the highest standards. In March 2000, it successfully passed the accreditation for physicochemical testing capabilities issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Society of Mechanical Engineering and was granted Level-2 qualification in physicochemical testing of metallic materials for the architectural steel structure industry in Zhejiang Province.

Fully equipped with comprehensive testing coverage.

To meet diverse testing requirements, the laboratory is equipped with more than 20 state-of-the-art international testing instruments, including ultrasonic flaw detectors, magnetic particle inspectors, ultrasonic thickness gauges, a 100-ton universal testing machine, high-strength bolt testers, impact testing machines, Rockwell and Brinell hardness testers, direct-reading optical spectrometers, and coating thickness gauges, thereby providing robust hardware support for testing operations.

Standardize the management system to ensure testing quality.

The laboratory operates in strict compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005, the General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories, and has established a comprehensive quality management system and standardized operating procedures. It is capable of providing a full range of core services, including chemical analysis, mechanical property testing, and nondestructive testing (including UT ultrasonic testing, MT magnetic particle testing, and PT penetrant testing), thereby delivering robust assurance for the quality of diverse projects.
