Zhejiang Dadi Steel Structure Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Longyuan Construction (stock code: 600491). The company has consistently upheld Party leadership, leveraging the Party’s political strengths to enhance corporate governance and drive sustainable development. In 2023, Hangzhou Municipal Transportation Investment Group acquired a stake in Longyuan Construction, opening up broader prospects for Dadi’s future growth.
Under the leadership of the Party organization, the company has established a full-industry-chain service system spanning engineering design, intelligent manufacturing, engineering general contracting, and architectural curtain walls and interior decoration, with operations extending to more than 40 countries across China and overseas.
Driven by robust technological capabilities, the company is continuously increasing its R&D investment and deepening the application of intelligent manufacturing, thereby delivering integrated “design–construction–service” solutions.
Leveraging the trillion-yuan platform resources of Hangzhou Transportation Investment Group and Longyuan Construction, we collaborate with global partners to deliver high-quality projects. Through end-to-end project management, stringent international standards, and EPC turnkey services, we are setting a benchmark for “Made in China” on the global stage.

For many consecutive years, the company has been consistently ranked among the Top 50 in China’s architectural steel structure industry, recognized as a 5A Integrity Enterprise and an Outstanding Enterprise for Technological Innovation. It has undertaken more than 3,000 large-scale projects domestically and internationally, including major convention and exhibition centers, sports venues, airport terminals, high-rise buildings, industrial structures, steel bridges, and prefabricated buildings. Over 100 of these projects have received prestigious national awards, such as the China Construction Luban Award, the Zhan Tianyou Civil Engineering Award, the National Quality Engineering Award, the China Steel Structure Gold Award, the Feitian Award, the Shanghai Golden Steel Award, the Qianjiang Cup, the Magnolia Cup, and the Zhejiang Province Diamond Award. The company has also obtained hundreds of national patents and established long-term strategic partnerships with leading universities and research institutions, including Zhejiang University, Tongji University, the East China Architectural Design Institute, the Zhejiang Provincial Architectural Design Institute, and the Shanghai Academy of Building Research.
