On September 22, construction officially kicked off for the CSSC-Mitsui New Logistics & Distribution Center Relocation Project amid the roar of on-site piling machinery.
Located in the Heavy-Equipment Industrial Zone of Lingang New Area, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, this core initiative will boost CSSC-Mitsui Shanghai’s supporting capacity for engine manufacturing and enable upgraded centralized plant-wide management. The scope covers a new distribution warehouse and auxiliary equipment buildings, with a total floor area of 9,857 m². Upon completion, the project will remove logistical bottlenecks between component storage and main-line production, laying solid groundwork for enhanced turnkey delivery of high-power marine engines.
Zhejiang Dadi boasts extensive experience in industrial EPC contracting. Its track record includes high-profile projects such as multiple Siemens developments, the Zhongtian Marine Cable factory, the new plant for Jiangsu Zhengyuan green separation equipment, and the general-contracting project for the painting workshop of Xuzhou Huaihai New Energy Auto Parts. These past successes underpin smooth delivery of this new venture.
Building on this groundbreaking milestone, the company will collaborate with all participating stakeholders to deliver full-lifecycle, end-to-end project support under stringent quality standards. The project team will implement well-planned workflows, precise construction practices, optimized resource allocation and tight schedule control. It aims to build a state-of-the-art industrial park that helps elevate local industrial competitiveness and economic dynamism.
