Learning and Upgrading: “Welding” to Safeguard Safety | Dadi Steel Structure Conducts Specialized Training on Welding Operations
To further enhance the professional skills and safety awareness of welding personnel, thereby ensuring operational safety and project quality, our company conducted a specialized welding training session on July 31.
The training invited welding engineer Wang Fayao to deliver a lecture, focusing on in-depth explanations of fundamental welding knowledge, certification requirements, safety operating procedures, and key welding techniques. By incorporating cautionary videos and case studies, he vividly and intuitively demonstrated the importance and necessity of safe production. He emphasized that electric welding is an open-flame operation that carries significant risks of fire and explosion, underscoring the need to strictly adhere to safety protocols and ensure that all personnel are certified before commencing work.
With regard to welding technology, Wang Fa provided a detailed overview of the characteristics, operating procedures, and precautions for various welding methods, emphasizing the critical importance of properly adjusting parameters such as welding current, voltage, and travel speed during the welding process to ensure weld quality. In addition, he shared ten common issues that are often overlooked in welding, along with corresponding mitigation measures, reminding welding personnel to remain vigilant at all times during practical operations.
