Balancing Pandemic Response Training with Ongoing Internal Development | Company Actively Advances Training Initiatives During COVID-19 Prevention and Control
To enable employees to make the most of this special period of epidemic prevention and control by strengthening their internal capabilities and enhancing their professional expertise and overall competence, Dadi Steel Structure is launching a month-long training initiative this month. The company is encouraging employees to remain committed to their duties while diligently studying specialized knowledge and practical skills, thereby laying a solid foundation for the company’s high-quality development through concrete actions!
On May 7, Dadi Steel Structure launched its first themed training session, adopting a blended online-and-offline format. Luo Mingwen, the company’s Deputy General Manager, was invited to deliver a presentation titled “General Contracting Management and Fundamental Knowledge in Related Disciplines.”
Lecturer Luo Mingwen drew on his practical experience in general contracting project management and the insights gained from studying during the pandemic to distill key concepts and foundational knowledge in this field. He employed a variety of flexible teaching methods, including mind mapping, visual presentations, and real-world case studies, to facilitate interactive learning and knowledge sharing. This helped employees gain a deeper understanding of the general contracting model and its core management principles. Furthermore, he encouraged everyone to build a holistic perspective on general contracting projects based on their current professional expertise, align their work with the broader objectives of such projects, and enhance collaboration and support for general contracting initiatives, thereby delivering even better service to project clients.
