Dadi Steel Structure Holds the Third-Quarter 2025 Marketing System Work Conference

On September 29, Dadi Steel Structure held its third-quarter marketing system work conference. Centered on the theme “Consolidating Confidence, Upholding Perseverance, and Rebooting Dadi’s Marketing Efforts,” the meeting conducted a systematic review of the quarter’s key achievements and jointly mapped out the roadmap for future development. Members of the company’s leadership team, heads of relevant functional departments, and heads of business units attended the meeting.
Chairman Pei Chuanfei In light of the market situation, we have made arrangements for the key priorities in the next phase: First, we must clearly understand the situation and ground ourselves in reality. Industry competition is intensifying—let go of illusions and strive to survive. Second, focus on core competencies and pursue differentiated competition. We will continue to refine our marketing system, consolidating our base of major domestic clients while prioritizing the development of overseas markets and high-quality custom-shaped steel structure projects, thereby forging a differentiated competitive strategy that highlights our unique regional strengths. Third, we must build consensus and make a full-scale final push. All employees must thoroughly understand the spirit of the meeting, proactively enhance their learning and professional skills, seize the critical window in the fourth quarter, respond promptly, and ensure that all measures are effectively implemented.
General Manager Fang Shunsheng Specific requirements are set forth for marketing efforts as follows: First, adhere to the “Three Foundations”: ground our work in the realities of each project and recognize the harsh realities of market competition; align with company decision-making by prioritizing project payment terms and performance obligations; and leverage our professional expertise to enhance market competitiveness. Second, maintain a focused professional approach: by analyzing industry conditions and trends, shift the business focus from “covering a single industry” to “deeply cultivating a specific specialty.” Third, highlight the company’s strengths: systematically summarize our end-to-end value chain advantages, leverage our unique capabilities to address customer pain points, and deliver higher-quality, more efficient services.
During the meeting, the Marketing Department presented its third-quarter 2025 marketing performance report, providing a comprehensive review of the achievements and shortcomings of its marketing efforts in the quarter, identifying the challenges, opportunities, and key priorities facing each business line, and outlining the priority tasks for the fourth quarter.
As the responsible executive, Deputy General Manager Xu Xiangjun added an important point: the company will progressively transform its marketing strategy by focusing on high-quality projects with favorable payment terms, such as overseas ventures, foreign-invested projects, nuclear power, and new energy; establishing an integrated business platform for steel structures and curtain walls to strengthen internal synergy and execution capabilities; and actively preparing a portfolio of large-scale projects that can be swiftly launched after the Spring Festival, thereby ensuring the company’s sustained viability.
Heads of relevant functional departments offered suggestions and recommendations on design refinement, technical capabilities, commercial quotations, production and manufacturing, and construction contract performance. By adopting a collaborative model of “joint problem-solving and shared experience,” they fully leveraged the cross-departmental collaboration mechanism, thereby laying a solid foundation for the efficient advancement of subsequent work.
