Integration and Progress, Collaboration for Long-Term Success | Company Holds Special Meeting on Collaborative Operations
Recently, the company convened a special meeting on collaborative operations, aimed at implementing President Lai Chaohui’s guiding principle—“Integration and Mutual Advancement, Collaboration for Long-Term Success”—as articulated at the Group’s annual conference. The meeting focused on the collaborative operational strategy between the Group’s green construction segment, Dadi Steel Structure, and Xin’an Curtain Wall, with an in-depth exchange of insights into the current status and respective strengths of the two companies, and a joint exploration of future avenues for synergistic cooperation.
Xu Xiangjun, Deputy General Manager of Dadi Steel Structure, delivered the opening remarks, outlining his vision and recommendations for collaborative operations between the two sister companies across six key areas: network and platform synergy, resource integration, technical and pricing alignment, performance coordination, green-building collaboration, and other forms of synergy.
Zhou Junseng, General Manager of Xin’an Curtain Wall, stated that the company is fully committed to implementing the Group’s eight-character guiding principle, seamlessly integrating into the new steel-curtain-wall integration model. Leveraging Xin’an Curtain Wall’s extensive experience in conventional curtain walls, complex-shaped curtain walls, and building renovation projects, the company aims to achieve resource sharing and coordinated deployment of human capital, technology, suppliers, and fabrication facilities between the two parties. Furthermore, the company will strengthen exchanges and collaboration on design optimization to elevate design standards; at the same time, drawing on both parties’ successful overseas business track records, they will jointly explore international markets and broaden their market reach.
During the meeting, the respective senior leaders from both sides conducted a comprehensive exchange on collaborative business operations, clarifying the working mechanisms and coordination processes to achieve full sharing of project resources. Both parties actively leveraged their respective strengths, mutually recommended high-quality projects that align with their respective business domains, and thereby promoted the efficient expansion of their businesses and mutually beneficial development.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Pei Chuanfei, General Manager of the Green Building Division, delivered a concluding address, emphasizing the need to steadfastly uphold the “top leader-driven marketing” approach, raise the standards for screening project information, precisely focus on key projects, allocate superior resources in a well-considered manner, and thereby enhance marketing efficiency and the rate of successful project bids. Looking ahead, the direction for collaboration is clearly defined: only by aligning our thinking, strengthening communication, concentrating on specific projects, and working diligently and pragmatically can we achieve breakthroughs and jointly create a brighter future.
