Learning Drives Knowledge, and Knowledge Drives Action: The 30th Anniversary Celebration of Dadi Steel Structure and the Specialized Training on “Legal Risks in Construction Projects and Corresponding Countermeasures” Held Successfully
To address and prevent judicial disputes in construction projects at the source and to comprehensively enhance enterprises’ awareness of legal compliance, Dadi Steel Structure held a special training session on “Legal Risks in Construction Projects and Corresponding Countermeasures” on June 24.
The company cordially invites Attorney Wang Jinfā, Chief Partner of Zhejiang Xiaoyu Law Firm, Deputy Secretary-General of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy’s Kai Ming Legal Expert Panel, Deputy Chairperson of the Third Branch of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy in Qiantang District, and Deputy Director of the Social and Legal Affairs Committee of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, to deliver a specialized training session.
As a seasoned attorney with many years of practice, Attorney Wang possesses extensive practical experience in construction law as well as a solid theoretical foundation. He has systematically summarized the common and unique issues encountered in our company’s construction projects, providing clear and concise analyses of the various disputes that enterprises face during construction project execution—ranging from performance obligations and schedule management to final account settlement. In addition, he has offered detailed explanations on topical issues such as credit investigations of business partners, risk prevention and control related to project schedules and acceptance procedures, and enforcement measures in construction-related litigation.
During the discussion and exchange session, Attorney Wang addressed the legal issues raised by participants in their production and business operations, provided clarifications and solutions, and offered recommendations on internal risk identification and prevention. The training session was marked by a lively atmosphere, with attendees unanimously expressing that they had gained substantial insights and benefits.
Pei Chuanfei, Chairman of the Company, Fang Shunsheng, General Manager, and other members of the company’s mid- and senior-level leadership team, along with more than 70 participants from the Marketing Department, Pre-Settlement Center, Engineering Management Department, Manufacturing Department, Technology Center, Design Institute, and other departments—both online and offline—attended the training. The meeting was chaired by Tian Zhiyong, Deputy Director of the Planning and Finance Department.
