Dadi Steel Structure Awarded the “Outstanding Partner” Title by China Overseas Enterprise Group Shanghai Company
On the afternoon of April 22, the 2024 Partner Conference of China Overseas Enterprise Group Shanghai was grandly held at the China Overseas Center in Shanghai, where Dadi Steel Structure was honored with the title of “Outstanding Partner” by China Overseas Property.
Project Overview: Plot 6 of the Shanghai Zhenrujing Project
Unit A10A-01 of Plot W060401 in the Shiquan Community of the Shiquan Subdistrict, Shanghai (Plot No. 6) is designated as office-supported rental housing. The structural system comprises steel–concrete composite columns and a reinforced concrete core tube, with composite steel truss floor decking on the roof. The gross floor area is 24,276.27 square meters, the building height is 69 meters, and the building consists of one basement level and fifteen above-ground floors.
The Zhenru Haixin Theater comprises one basement level and four above-ground floors, with a reinforced concrete frame–shear wall structural system. Its primary structural elements include large-span trusses, large-span curved staircases, a spiral staircase connecting the second floor to the roof, as well as stiffened columns, floor beams, and steel suspenders. The heaviest single truss in the lobby weighs 140 metric tons.
Project Overview: Plot 7 of the Shanghai Zhenrujing Project
Unit W060802, Plot F04-02A (Plot No. 7) in the Zhenru Community of Shanghai’s Putuo District is part of the Hongqi Village project. The structural system comprises steel–concrete composite columns and steel beams, with a reinforced concrete core tube. The roof utilizes composite steel truss deck panels, with a total floor area of 29,236.89 square meters, a building height of 60.65 meters, two underground levels, and fourteen above-ground levels.
