Successful First Steel Erection for the New Office and Commercial Project on Plot 16-01 in Shanghai Jinding

At 8:58 a.m. on July 19, 2023, the first steel structure lifting for the Shanghai Jinding 16-01 plot office and commercial new construction project was successfully completed, officially marking the commencement of the steel structure construction phase.

The project is located at the intersection of Shentao Road and Hanqiao Road in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai, with a total floor area of approximately 244,000 square meters. It comprises two office towers: Tower T1, standing 99.95 meters tall, and Tower T2, standing 91.25 meters tall. To the east is a four-story commercial podium, while to the west is a two-story bus hub connecting to the Shenchong Line. The basement consists of four levels and forms an integrated four-level underground structure with the adjacent plots 17, Project Office 19, and Plot 20. Level B1 primarily accommodates commercial spaces, motor vehicle parking, and equipment rooms, whereas Levels B2, B3, and B4 are mainly dedicated to motor vehicle parking and equipment facilities.

Project 16-01 serves as the pivotal hub for external transportation transfers and, in tandem with the adjacent Jin Ding Blocks 14, 15, 17, 19, and 20, will coalesce to form a premier business district. Upon completion, the project will emerge as a new commercial landmark for the Jin Ding area.

Building on the outstanding performance and successful delivery of the previous Jinding Project, the Dadi Steel Structure project team will take this inaugural steel structure hoisting as a new starting point for intensified efforts. By uniting as one, staying abreast of industry trends, implementing meticulous planning, and fostering close collaboration, the team will leverage high-quality resources and advanced management practices to consistently deliver professional services to the client, thereby contributing to the early and vibrant blossoming of the “Flower of Jinding” in Jinqiao.
