Meticulous Craftsmanship Earns Prestigious Recognition Once Again | Dadi Steel Structure Wins Multiple Awards at the 2023 National Construction Steel Structure Industry Conference
The 2023 National Conference on the Architectural Steel Structure Industry was held in Shanghai from June 2 to 4.
The conference honored the organizations and individuals awarded the 15th “China Steel Structure Gold Award,” as well as outstanding units and exemplary individuals in the steel structure industry, aiming to set benchmarks through quality, create premium products with meticulous craftsmanship, and lead the high-quality development of China’s steel structure sector.
Our company’s general contracting and steel structure construction projects—the Qingdao Junfeng Road Middle School Construction Project and the Phase I Steel Structure Works of the Jiangsu Garden Expo Park—have been awarded the 15th Batch, First Group of the China Steel Structure Gold Awards, while the Jinding Tiandi Training Center Project has been awarded the 15th Batch, Second Group of the China Steel Structure Gold Awards.
The Qingdao Junfeng Road Middle School project is located in the Licang District of Qingdao, Shandong Province, with a total construction area of approximately 69,000 square meters and a total steel consumption of 9,347 tons. The above-ground structure is divided into three distinct structural units—teaching buildings, an indoor-outdoor sports arena, and a lecture hall—by seismic joints. As our company’s first general contracting project in Shandong Province, this project holds significant importance and value in expanding our presence in the general contracting market for steel-structure construction throughout Shandong Province and across the country.
The Phase I project of the Jiangsu Horticultural Expo Park is located in Tangshan Subdistrict, Jiangning District, Nanjing City. It comprises steel-structure works for several individual buildings, including the main exhibition hall, Radisson Hotel, waystation, miniature railway station, Huanghua’an Inn, and geological science museum, with a total construction area of approximately 180,000 square meters and a total steel consumption of 7,500 tons. Among these, the Radisson Hotel stands as the largest single steel-structure building in the Phase I project; its multi-curved steel–wood hybrid roof and hyperbolic flower-shaped columns involve complex fabrication processes and pose significant construction challenges.
The Jinding Tiandi Training Center project is located in Caolu Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. It is the first development project within the Jinding Jiugongge area of Shanghai and a key component of the overall development and construction of the Jinqiao Urban Subcenter. The project has a total floor area of approximately 181,700 square meters, with four separate above-ground buildings—A, B, C, and D—featuring a maximum structural span of 33.3 meters and a building height of 79.9 meters.
