Representatives from two landmark Singapore developments—the Health Sciences Authority Office Tower and a municipal sports stadium—recently visited Zhejiang Dadi’s production base for on-site material verification and witnessed full physical and chemical testing procedures. The successful cross-border quality inspection marks another milestone in the firm’s long-term partnership with Singapore’s HETAT, laying solid quality foundations for the two major infrastructure schemes.
Clients cross-checked batch numbers, material grades and specifications against mill test certificates to establish full traceability between physical stock and documentation. Aligning with European standards and the project’s Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), both parties finalised random sampling protocols. Clients oversaw the entire sampling process and labelled specimens to guarantee unbroken traceability and regulatory compliance.
Watched by client auditors, the in-house laboratory conducted tensile, bend and impact tests alongside optical emission spectrometry for chemical composition analysis. All test results satisfied stipulated design and code requirements. The client delegation endorsed the lab outcomes and the company’s quality management system; all inspection records were signed and filed on-site after a one-pass clearance.
