Certification Allowance
Employees who obtain relevant national professional qualifications and post-specific certificates will receive certificate allowances, with the allowance for Grade-I Construction Engineer certification ranging from RMB 30,000 to RMB 42,000 per year. In addition, allowances of RMB 1,200 to RMB 6,000 per year will be provided for post-specific certificates and professional title certificates.
Hangzhou Talent Policy Subsidies

Promotion in Position
Promotion is based on different management tracks, including production, technical, business, finance, and general management. For graduates with bachelor’s or master’s degrees in civil engineering or related engineering disciplines, those with 3 to 5 years of work experience may be appointed as project technical leaders.
Professional Title Promotion
The organization is authorized by the state to conduct evaluations for intermediate-level professional titles in the engineering series. Undergraduate graduates may apply for the intermediate title after five years of work experience, the senior title after ten years, and the principal senior title after fifteen years; master’s degree holders may apply for the intermediate title after one year of work experience, the senior title after six years, and the principal senior title after eleven years.
