Zhedadi Steel Structure Wins Bid for Phase II Commercial & Office Block of Shuixiang Parlor Innovation Hub, Yangtze River Delta Demonstration Zone

Zhejiang Zhedadi Steel Structure Co., Ltd. has won the tender for superstructure works (excluding pile foundations) on plots 01-02-01, 01-03-01 and 01-03-05 of the new Phase II commercial and office project at Shuixiang Parlor Innovation Hub within the Yangtze River Delta Ecological and Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone.
Located in the Shuixiang Parlor area of Jinze Town, Qingpu District, Shanghai, the project covers a total gross floor area of 135,100 m², consisting of 14 independent buildings and underground spaces for retail, hotel and office use. As a core part of the central three-cluster layout of Shuixiang Parlor, the Innovation Hub drives the precinct’s shift from landmark construction to functional development. Its Phase II will serve as an incubation base for water-town innovation to support regional growth.
The awarded Lot 1 construction scope includes Towers 1, 2, 8, 9, the connecting corridor to Tower 5 and their matching underground structures. Its architecture integrates classic Jiangnan water-town elements—canal lanes, layered eaves, white walls and black tiles—combining traditional local style with modern design to fit the area’s wetland ecosystem.
Zhedadi will carry out construction under strict quality standards to help build Shuixiang Parlor into a model of cross-regional coordinated development and underpin high-quality integrated growth of the Yangtze River Delta.
