Zhejiang Dadi has fully delivered all steel components for Guatemala’s Areum Distribution Center, marking the firm’s debut project in the country and expanding its global footprint into Central America.
The warehouse features 16 large and 2 small-span bays, with a maximum span of 37.78 m, a 10.8 m eave height and a 11.9 m ridge height. All fabrication and inspection strictly follow Chinese national standards, with rigorous quality assurance guaranteeing precise, dependable structural parts.
Despite no formal diplomatic links between China and Guatemala, local leading contractor MACOR Constructores selected Dadi after thorough vetting, trusting its consistent workmanship and reliable delivery performance.
Building on this successful handover, the two firms signed a three-year strategic partnership, upgrading their one-off project cooperation into long-term, wide-ranging collaboration.
This landmark shipment breaks new ground for Dadi in Guatemala and underscores its competitive edge across Latin America. Moving forward, the firm will keep delivering premium steel solutions to global clients, cementing the reputation of Chinese smart manufacturing worldwide.
