In a significant event on September 26 at 8:18 am, the B2a-01 and B2b-01 buildings at the Zhangjiang Online New Economy Ecological Park reached a pivotal stage with a topping-out ceremony. The completion of the main steel structures for these two office buildings near the Middle Ring Elevated Road was successfully achieved.

The park plays a crucial role in Shanghai's new economic landscape, and is part of the Pudong Specialized Industrial Park and Shanghai Specialized Industrial Park. Covering around 530,000 square meters, the park encompasses key projects like the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences Science and Technology Park and the collaborative innovation platform of Zhangjiang Online Yangtze River Delta. 

Strategically positioned in the Shanghai Golden Central Development Belt, adjacent to the Zhangjiang Urban Center and facing the iconic Science Gate twin towers, the B2a-01 and B2b-01 plots stand tall at 79.5 meters. They feature two underground basement levels, four 14 - to 16-story office towers, and a commercial building.  The lower section uses a framed structure, while the upper section incorporates a steel-concrete framed reinforced concrete core tube. The office buildings are on the north side, adjacent to the elevated road.

Dadi Steel Structure has been instrumental in the main steel structure projects across all three mentioned plots. Notably, they achieved success with the B3b-06 plot in the park's southern area and the B3a-01, B3b-01 plots in the central part, earning recognition for Shanghai Excellent Metal Structure Engineering.

2.North High-tech Technology Service Park N070501 Unit 22-02 Commercial and Office Project

At the bustling crossroads of Shanghai's key transportation routes lies a colossal project spanning approximately 140,000 square meters. Strategically located at the junction of the city's vital north-south viaduct and the North-South Beltway, the development has reached a crucial stage. Having achieved its structural topping-out, the project is now forging ahead with the installation of its glass curtain wall, signaling the next stage in its remarkable progress.

3.Golden Bridge 1851 Project

Nestled in the heart of Shanghai's thriving Golden Central Development Belt' in Pudong's New Area, the Golden Bridge 1851 Project is a marvel in the making. Boasting a staggering 28,300 tons of steel and spanning 147,000 square meters, this endeavor features a towering 100-meter main structure flanked by three 60-meter secondary towers. What's truly striking is its 470-meter podium seamlessly connecting north and south—a pioneering design in China's civilian architecture scene. As it stands, the project is entering its phase of glass curtain wall installation, marking yet another stride towards its grand completion.
