In 2018, Dadi Steel participated in the R&D and launched a high-performance, fully assembled, steel structure building product system-S-SYSTEM (S System for short), the first complete prefabricated steel structure residential system in the country that has passed the scientific and technological achievement evaluation of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. It was rated as a national construction industry scientific and technological achievement promotion project by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development .
Oriented by Market Demand and Product Thinking as its principle, the S system integrates many elements in green buildings, passive buildings, healthy buildings and sustainable development. The innovation greatly improves the performance synergy between the molecular systems in the internal structure of the steel structure prefabricated building. Meanwhile, the S-System pays attention to the absorption and application of mature construction technology in the process of integration, which has well overcome many common process defects and common problems in the industry.
S-System covers four major building systems with assembly rate flexibly selected between 50% and 95%.The on-site construction period can be shortened by up to 40%, and the construction cost is basically the same as that of concrete prefabricated concrete buildings (PC) when the assembly rate is 50%.
