The laboratory can undertake the physical and chemical testing of the metal raw materials and steel structure parts of the enterprise, and the non-destructive testing of the steel structure, which is an indispensable and critical part to guarantee the quality of the enterprise's products.

　　In March 2000, the laboratory passed the inspection and approval of the physical and chemical abilities of the Zhejiang Machinery Enterprise Quality Assurance System, and was audited by the Zhejiang Mechanical Engineering Society. The laboratory currently has 2 senior engineers, 3 engineers and more than 10 certified testing technicians who have obtained relevant test qualification certificates. The laboratory is equipped with the complete testing equipment, including ultrasonic flaw detector, magnetic particle flaw detector, ultrasonic thickness gauge, 100-ton universal testing machine, high-strength bolt detector, impact testing machine, Rockwell hardness tester, Brinell hardness tester, direct-reading spectrometer, coating thickness gauge and more than 20 sets of testing equipment.

　　The laboratory strictly complies with the standard: ISO/IEC17025:2005 General Requirements for Testing and Calibration Laboratory Capability, to standardize the laboratory's various work, further enhance the laboratory's testing ability, and guarantee the quality of the company's projects.
