Our company and Zhejiang Shuren University have a school-enterprise cooperation relationship and are their off-campus practice base. The two parties carry out "production, learning and research" cooperation and exchanges. In line with the focus on the practice of interns, the internship must be successful. On March 29, 2017, under the organization of the Personnel Administration Department, 4 interns from Zhejiang Shuren University made a PPT internship report. The report invited Fang Shunsheng, deputy general manager of personnel administration, and Zhang Haiyan, a senior engineer of the Design Institute, to make internship comments. The new interns of 2014 made an observation practice.

Peng Qianqian, an intern in the Purchasing Department, made a detailed report on the procurement tasks, procurement process, and problems existing in the procurement; Lin Yishao, an intern in the Manufacturing Department, covered drawings and seals, list making, statistics on missing parts, and packing boxes. He gave wonderful explanations on list making, etc., without listing them one by one. Through the internship, the students were able to understand the work process, learn the preliminary work technology and communication skills, etc., from the reports of the four interns, it is even more reflected. The usefulness, importance and necessity of practice practice enable students to transform professional theoretical knowledge into engineering practice ability and work ability through practical links.
