Zhejiang Dadi Steel Structure Co., Ltd. recently won the bid for the Shanghai Jinqiao Meiya steel structure project (excluding foundation construction). This is the second project in the first developing area of the Golden Loop Developing Zone.

The project is located in the central area of the Jinqiao sub-core zone, near Zhonghuan in Pudong district. The total construction area is 191,764 square meters, and the project is an important part of the Golden Loop Developing Zone. This project marks the debut of the first super high-rise building in the Jinqiao sub-core area. The complex of buildings features a 170-meter-high garden-style office building, a podium building, and two residential buildings that soar 100 meters high. The overall design blends seamlessly to create a composite super high-rise complex that combines R&D offices, unique commercial spaces, high-end residences, and other functions.

In the early 1990s, during the development of Jinqiao, Shanghai Meiya Energy Limited Company, which owned the heating franchise, built a "chimney" to emit exhaust gas. Now, the "chimney" use for environmental concerns is no longer necessary. In the future, this area will become a model for achieving peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality.

Winning this bid will help to further consolidate Dadi's position in the Shanghai market and lay a solid foundation for the company in East China. Dadi will continue to uphold the commitment to craftsmanship and make efforts to contribute to the construction of the new Pudong.
