On July 19, 2023, at 8:58 a.m., a significant milestone was achieved as the first steel structure hoisting for the Shanghai Jinding plot 16-01 office and commercial building was successfully completed. This marked the official commencement of the steel structure construction phase for the project.

The location of the project is at the intersection of Shentao Road and Hanqiao Road in Pudong District, Shanghai. It encompasses a total construction area of approximately 244,000 square meters and consists of two office buildings: T1 tower, reaching a height of 99.95 meters, and T2 tower, standing at 91.25 meters. Additionally, there is a four-story commercial podium building on the east side, and a two-story transportation hub connecting to the Shenchon Line on the west side. The underground levels consist of a four-story structure that connects plots 17, 19, and 20. Floor B1 will be designated for commercial use, underground parking, and equipment rooms, while B2, B3, and B4 will primarily serve as underground parking and equipment rooms.

Project 16-01 plays a crucial role in transportation, contributing to the development of a central business district (CBD) alongside plots 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, among others. Once the project is completed, it will serve as a prominent landmark in the Jinding area.
