According to the Notice of by Hangzhou Municipal Commission of Urban-Rural Development of Publishing 2022 Hangzhou Leading Industrial Base and Project of Industrialization of Construction Industry, the project circuit breaker production plant of Siemens High Voltage Circuit Breaker Co. Ltd., constructed by Dadi Steel Structure is awarded as one of Hangzhou’s Leading Projects. It is also the first municipal award as a Leading Project which Dadi gained as a general contractor.

The project is located inside the plant area of SHVC in No. 128 No. 18 Dajie of Xiasha Industrial Area Hangzhou Economical & Camp; Technical Development Zone, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The overall plant covers an area of 3,508㎡, with a building area of 21,048㎡ and a building height of 21.3m. The main structure of the plant is a single-tier steel frame with an inverted L-shaped plan, 81m long, 51.5m wide, 8.5/9.2m longitudinal column spacing, and 33.5m transverse maximum span, with an overall assembly rate of 79.5%.

The project was built under the concept of environmental development, prefabricated before construction, integrated construction and decoration, and applied management digitalization. Meanwhile, BIM modeling technology was used in the project to reach the goal of “smart management” and “meticulous management”. Prefabricated technology was used to greatly improve construction efficiency, and digital management such as online construction platforms were also used during the construction process.
