The S system covers the four major building systems, with an assembly rate that can be flexibly selected between 50% and 95%. On-site construction time can be reduced by up to 40%, and at an assembly rate of 50%, construction costs are roughly on par with those of precast concrete (PC) buildings; at higher assembly rates, costs are even more competitive.

The SYSTEM is widely applicable to a variety of building types that are primarily characterized by standard floor plans, such as mid- and high-rise residential buildings, apartments, hotels, office buildings, as well as schools and healthcare facilities. Moreover, it offers distinct advantages over precast concrete (PC) construction in scenarios where stringent environmental protection requirements, tight construction schedules, and flexible interior space configurations are paramount.
