2021 Traffic Safety Public Awareness Conference
In September 2021, Dadi Steel Structure organized a campaign to promote traffic safety.
2021 Annual Training Program for College Students and Mentor-Mentee Pairing Signing Ceremony
To help new employees integrate more quickly into the company, transition smoothly into their roles, and fully leverage the “mentorship, assistance, and guidance” role of the company’s core talent, Dadi Steel Structure held the 2021 University Graduate Training Program and Mentor–Mentee Pairing Signing Ceremony on August 18.
2021 High-Temperature Welfare Visit
In early August 2021, the leadership of Dadi Steel Structure dispatched teams to various project sites to conduct summer heat-relief visits, extending warm condolences and presenting “cooling gift packs” to workers on the front lines enduring the sweltering temperatures.
2021 Safety Production Month Themed Activities
In early June, the company issued the “Notice on Launching the 2021 ‘Work Safety Month’ Campaign” and formulated a corresponding implementation plan. In accordance with the campaign schedule, the company’s departments and all production units carried out a series of diverse safety awareness and education activities.
2021 Quality and Safety Training
On the afternoon of April 12, 2021, our company conducted pre-employment training on production quality and safety for newly hired employees and interns.
Accompanied by the Dadi Steel Structure team, they arrived in Shaoxing amid laughter and merriment, enjoying the stunning scenery, savoring local delicacies, and celebrating their very own special holiday together. The female employees enthusiastically visited three major scenic areas—Keyan, Jianhu Lake, and Luzhen—and also experienced the charm of Anchang Ancient Town.

In the face of epidemic prevention and control, “celebrating the New Year where you are” became a buzzword in 2021—and their most resolute choice.
2020 Specialized Welding Technology Training
To cultivate more high-caliber, technically skilled personnel and to strengthen the company’s workforce of skilled professionals, Dadi Steel Structure held a specialized welding-training session on December 18. The event featured a lecture by Zhang Haiyan, a senior engineer from our company’s design institute, and was attended by more than 70 shop-floor welders.
2020 Professional Etiquette Training
To further enhance employees’ business etiquette and image management skills, strengthen the company’s external hospitality capabilities, and showcase a positive corporate team spirit, our company conducted a series of professional development training sessions on September 3.
2020 New Employee Onboarding Training
On August 3, our company conducted a one-day onboarding training program for the Class of 2020 new hires, injecting a fresh wave of young talent into the organization.
2020 Training on Key Technologies in Integrated Structures
On the morning of July 25, our company hosted a specialized technical seminar on integrated structural systems. The training was attended by approximately 30 participants from six departments, including Technology, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
2020 Safety Production Month Campaign
During the nation’s 19th “Work Safety Month,” all project departments of the company have launched a wide range of “Work Safety Month” activities, themed “Eliminate Potential Hazards and Fortify the Safety Defense Line,” starting June 3.
