2023 Welder Vocational Skills Training
To further enhance employees’ welding skills and strengthen the safety production defense, the company recently organized a five-day vocational skills training program for welders. The training is divided into two phases: theoretical instruction and hands-on practice. It covers key topics such as laws and regulations on safety production, fundamental knowledge of welding and cutting, selection and proper use of personal protective equipment, identification and elimination of safety hazards at work sites, and on-site emergency response procedures, with a structured, step-by-step approach that builds from basic to advanced concepts.
Daye Steel Structure “May 4th” Youth Symposium
To foster effective communication between young employees and the company, address practical challenges in their work and personal lives, and support their professional development and career growth, Dadi Steel Structure convened a “May Fourth” Youth Symposium on May 4. The event was attended by more than 70 participants, including senior company leaders and young employees.
Shanghai Jinqiao 1851 Project Site Visit and Management Exchange Meeting
On April 8, 2023, Zhejiang Dadi Steel Structure Co., Ltd. held a site visit and management exchange meeting for the Jinqiao Guopei land development project in Shanghai. More than 30 participants attended the event, including Chairman Pei Chuanfei, General Manager Fang Shunsheng, the company’s vice president in charge of the production system, heads of several functional departments, and project managers.
2023 International Women’s Day Event
A “March 8th” garden outing was organized to help our inspiring women embrace the spring in a healthy and joyful way, sharing a relaxing and delightful time together. In this beautiful season when cherry blossoms are in full bloom, the mist has lifted, and the breeze gently sways, life is made even more wonderful by the resilient and warm strength of women, and the world shines even more brilliantly thanks to the diverse and radiant achievements of hardworking women.
2022 Dadi Steel Structure Fun Sports Meet
The sun shines brilliantly upon the world, its warm rays brushing through the treetops, filling everything with fresh joy as we stride together into the future. On August 5–6, the eager new recruits of Dadi Steel Structure’s Class of 2022, brimming with youthful energy and fueled by hope and dreams, kicked off a fun-filled sports day.
2022 Annual Training Program for College Students and Mentor-Mentee Pairing Signing Ceremony
On July 26, Dadi Steel Structure held the 2022 University Graduate Training Program and Mentor–Mentee Pairing Signing Ceremony. The event was conducted in a hybrid online–offline format, with the aim of enhancing new graduates’ team integration and cultural alignment, as well as strengthening their understanding of their roles and career development.
2022 Curtain Wall Technical Training
To enhance the understanding of curtain wall engineering among relevant personnel, our company organized a training session in July that combined online and offline formats, focusing on “A Brief Overview of the Technical Specifications for Architectural Curtain Wall Engineering and the Bill-of-Quantities Pricing Standards.”
2022 Safety Production Month Themed Activities
This June marks the 21st National Safety Production Month. In line with the campaign theme of “Comply with the Work Safety Law and Fulfill the Duties of the Principal Person in Charge,” our company has adopted a multi-pronged approach—including centralized study and training, comprehensive inspections for work safety hazards, and fire safety drills—to further elevate our work safety management to a new level.
2022 General Contracting Management Training
To enable employees to make the most of the special period of epidemic prevention and control by strengthening their internal capabilities and enhancing their professional skills and overall competence, Dadi Steel Structure launched a training program on May 7 titled “General Contracting Management and Basic Knowledge in Related Disciplines,” adopting a blended online-and-offline format. The company’s Deputy General Manager, Luo Mingwen, was invited to deliver the course.
March is the most beautiful time of year, when spring flowers bloom in vibrant splendor. That morning, two dashing gentlemen from the Human Resources and Administration Department presented each female colleague with dew-kissed, fragrant bouquets and exquisite gift boxes at their desks; in the afternoon, our company organized the “Walking with Beauty: ‘Perseverance’ Together for the Asian Games” Xianghu Spring Outing.
