Successful First Hoisting of the Steel Structure Project for Plot 14-01 at Jin Ding Tian Di in Shanghai
At 13:38 on November 5, the lifting operation for the new office and apartment project on Plot 14-01 of Shanghai Jinding Tiandi was successfully completed, officially marking the start of the main steel structure construction.
Jinding Tiandi is the focus of Jinqiao Group. The core project of the “Golden Central Ring Development Belt” is a model and demonstration zone for industry–city integration in Shanghai. Plot 14-01 features With a mixed-use “office-plus-residential” designation, the project is located on Plot 61/4 in Block 15 of CaoLu Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. The total gross floor area is 77,433.14 square meters, comprising 49,015.77 square meters above ground and 28,417.37 square meters underground.
This project involves new construction above ground. Building No. 1 and Building No. 2 are two separate structures: Building No. 1 has 16 floors and features a steel frame–concrete core tube structural system, primarily serving as commercial office space; Building No. 2 has 11 floors and employs an assembled monolithic shear wall system, mainly used as rental apartments. The two underground levels adopt a reinforced concrete frame system and are designated for parking and equipment rooms.
The successful hoisting of the first steel column boosted morale, and the project team will With “ensuring safety, quality, and schedule” as the overarching principle, we are making all-out efforts to advance project construction, guaranteeing that the project is completed and delivered to a high standard and with superior quality, thereby helping to establish Shanghai’s largest-scale new model of industry–city integration.
