The first lifting operation for the heavy steel structure project of Jiangsu Zhengyuan’s No. 1 Factory Building has been successfully completed!
At 11:18 on October 12, the first lifting ceremony for the heavy steel structure project at Building No. 1 of Jiangsu Zhengyuan Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. was held. With the joint witnessing of the client, the supervision authority, and company leadership, and thanks to the concerted efforts of the entire project team, the first steel column was slowly lifted and precisely and steadily positioned, marking the official commencement of the main steel structure construction phase.
Zheng Yuan Workshop Project No. 1 is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Runxin Road and Ruijiang Road in Xinqiao Town, Jingjiang City, Jiangsu Province. The workshop measures 184.08 meters in length, 90.88 meters in width, and 31.5 meters in height, and is a single-story, three-bay heavy steel structure building with a maximum span of 36 meters. The design specifies a maximum crane lifting capacity of 200 metric tons. The main construction challenges for this project include the substantial weight of individual components, the transportation of ultra-long and ultra-wide elements, on-site assembly, and the orderly installation of large-span roof beams and double-deck overhead cranes. To address these challenges, the project team has developed meticulous plans tailored to different working conditions and maintained close communication with the fabrication plant to ensure effective coordination among design, fabrication, transportation, and on-site installation.
This project is another general construction contracting project for the company, since Piling commenced on July 11, successfully completing the key milestones in the civil engineering phase, and today the first steel structure lift was carried out as scheduled. The project team will continue to advance the project in line with the guiding principle of “surviving through quality and achieving development through service,” consistently delivering excellent service to the owner and making ongoing efforts to ensure the project is executed flawlessly and delivered on time and to specification.
