Successful Completion of the First Steel Structure Lift
This marks the official commencement of the steel structure construction phase for the project.

The office building project for Plot 7-3 in the Zhongshan Street International Eco-Business District is located in the Songjiang District of Shanghai. The gross floor area is 56,075.1 square meters, with a total land area of 9,162.1 square meters. The building comprises a tower and a podium. The tower has three basement levels and 22 above-ground floors, with a structural height of 93.4 meters; the podium has three basement levels and three above-ground floors, with a structural height of 13.9 meters.
Since the project’s commencement, the project team has optimized the construction plan, conducted rational site planning and layout, and implemented scientific scheduling of key milestones, thereby establishing a solid management foundation for the project.
