A Delegation Led by the Dazhou Municipal Party Committee Visits Dadi Steel Structure for Inspection and Guidance
On the morning of May 19, Xiong Longdong, Deputy Secretary of the Dazhou Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Director of the Municipal Supervisory Commission, together with Hu Jie, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee in charge of United Front Work and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, paid a visit to Dadi Steel Structure Co., Ltd. to conduct an inspection and provide guidance. Wang Feihu, Secretary of the Quxian County Party Committee of Dazhou, Tang Zhikun, Secretary-General of the Dazhou Municipal Party Committee, and other officials accompanied the delegation on the inspection. Pei Chuanfei, Chairman of Dadi Steel Structure and General Manager of Longyuan Mingzhu Construction Co., Ltd., Fang Shunsheng, General Manager of Dadi Steel Structure, and Li Mi, Director of Industrial Cooperation at Longyuan Mingzhu Construction, among others, attended the symposium.
Chairman Pei Chuanfei extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Dazhou Municipal Party Committee. Over more than four decades of development, Longyuan Group has focused on the core area of urban development and, in recent years, has steadily intensified its efforts in the field of prefabricated construction, positioning steel-structure prefabricated buildings as a key pillar for the group’s transformation and upgrading. Leveraging three specialized teams—Longyuan Mingzhu, Dadi Steel Structure, and Xin’an Curtain Wall—Longyuan has established an industrialized, prefabricated construction ecosystem under the Longyuan Ecology brand. The S-SYSTEM, spearheaded by Longyuan Mingzhu, is the first comprehensive steel-structure prefabricated residential system to pass the Ministry of Housing and Urban–Rural Development’s assessment of scientific and technological achievements and has already been implemented in multiple projects. He stated that the two parties can engage in in-depth industrial cooperation in the field of prefabricated construction and jointly advance the implementation of the Investment Framework Agreement reached in early April.
Xiong Longdong highly commended Longyuan Group’s four decades of dedicated development and achievements in the construction sector, and affirmed Dadi Steel Structure’s nearly thirty years of professional expertise and market competitiveness in the steel structure industry.

A brief overview was provided of three key factors—policy support, a vast market, and abundant raw materials—leading to the conclusion that the cooperation between the two parties represents a highly strategic choice.
The two sides enjoy strong personal rapport and shared business interests, giving them a natural advantage for collaboration and exchange. Dazhou boasts a robust investment-attracting environment, distinctive industrial strengths, and abundant natural resources, while also serving as a regional hub within the Chengdu–Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle. It is hoped that this fact-finding and exchange visit will serve as a catalyst for further enhancing communication and cooperation, thereby laying a solid foundation for multifaceted, multi-level, and in-depth collaboration in the prefabricated construction industry going forward.
