Shanghai Situduan Primary School’s Comprehensive Building Successfully Passes Acceptance Inspection
After 270 days of construction, the first Shanghai municipal general contracting project undertaken by our company—the new comprehensive building for Sitan Primary School in Fengxian District—officially passed its final acceptance inspection in early August and is scheduled to be put into use at the start of the autumn semester.
The newly constructed multi-purpose building is a steel-framed prefabricated structure with a prefabrication rate of 60%, classified as a two-star green building.
The multi-purpose building is divided into two separate wings, east and west, and will house a wide range of subject-specific classrooms, including those for science, art, calligraphy, vocational skills, music, physical education, library reading, a multi-purpose hall, and an indoor basketball court, thereby providing primary school students with comprehensive and diverse educational resources.
