Recently, the China Construction Metal Structure Association and the Shanghai Engineering Construction Quality Management Association announced the 2024 winners of the QC Group Achievements Competition. Dadi Steel Structure earned first-class awards for its projects: "Improving the First-Time Acceptance Rate of High-Strength Bolts in Suspended Structure Connections" and "Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Rate of Thick Plates in Rigid Structures " .

The QC team addressed challenges in the installation of high-strength bolts by identifying root causes and implementing targeted measures. This improved installation quality, reduced the need for re-drilling, and boosted efficiency, particularly in time-sensitive projects.

For the complex welding of thick high-strength steel plates, the team adopted techniques like symmetrical welding and precise control of heating and cooling. These improvements increased the first-pass welding success rate from 92.1% to 96.37%.
