Successful First Hoisting of the Steel Structure at Shanghai Jinding Plot 19-01

On September 1, 2025, the Shanghai Jinding Plot 19-01 project successfully completed the hoisting of the first steel column for the basement, marking the full transition of the project into the main structural construction phase.

Located in Jinqiao Town, Pudong New Area, the project boasts a total floor area of over 300,000 square meters, comprising two 180-meter-tall twin towers—Tower T5 and Tower T6—and a 42-meter-high podium building, with four underground levels. The site enjoys convenient transportation links, served by Metro Line 12 and the Chongming Line, and leverages a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) model to achieve deep integration between the metro system and the mixed-use complex, thereby creating a multi-dimensional, highly efficient, and user-friendly urban hub.

As a one-stop, lifestyle-oriented TOD commercial complex, upon completion this project will offer a cutting-edge shopping experience, featuring high-end, Grade-A office towers designed for corporate headquarters and a luxury five-star business hotel. With the goal of achieving multiple domestic and international green certifications—including Green Building Three-Star, LEED Gold, and WELL Gold—the development will create a sustainable, multifunctional urban space that is ideal for living, working, and leisure, ultimately becoming a landmark building within the “Golden Ding Nine-Grid” masterplan.

The project team will take the first hoisting of the steel structure as a new starting point for vigorous efforts, continuing to uphold a pragmatic and hands-on work style. Through meticulous planning and scientifically sound construction practices, the team will strive to achieve “high standards, high quality, and high speed” in order to fully ensure the smooth progress of the project, solidify the foundation for delivering on contractual commitments with excellence, and inject new momentum into the further upgrading of the economic development of the Golden Central Ring Belt.
