Project Overview
The project is located in the Changhai Road Subdistrict of Yangpu District, Shanghai, with a total building area of 61521.7 Square meters, above-ground building area 47070.7 Square meters, underground building area 14451 square meters. The project includes three underground 2 Floor, above ground 11 The high-rise headquarters office towers on each floor are connected at the upper levels by skybridges, with a structural system consisting of steel tube concrete frames. - Core tube, building height is 52.75 Rice, total steel consumption 6100 tons.
As part of Yangpu’s digital economy “headquarters community”—the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Source Project—this initiative is located in the Jiangwan Historical and Cultural District and serves as the most prominent and visible platform within Yangpu District’s citywide “Mid-Circle Digital Industry Innovation Belt.” Characterized by a harmonious blend of technology and culture, it seeks to achieve a seamless integration with urban renewal.
Key and Difficult Points of the Project
The roof level of the project incorporates suspended columns, and the sky bridge is located at 8 Level (Elevation 32 m), with the heaviest single component 17.8 tons, with the largest span 18 The project team faces numerous challenges, including limited site space, a tight construction schedule, high-altitude welding, and the concurrent execution of multiple trades—along with this year’s prolonged heatwave in Shanghai.
Ultimately, the project team withstood the pressure, implemented scientific organization and meticulous construction, and ensured the successful topping out of the main structure.
