A delegation from the Zhejiang Provincial Steel Structure Industry Association Visits the Dadi Steel Structure Project Site for Exchange and Guidance
On October 15, 2024, Li Haibo, Secretary-General of the Zhejiang Provincial Steel Structure Industry Association, accompanied by Deputy Secretaries-General Shao Jianwei and Yang Shuzhen, visited the Shanghai Jinding 16-01 plot office and commercial project for inspection and guidance. The company’s General Manager Fang Shunsheng and relevant personnel accompanied the delegation on the tour.
The project manager provided a detailed overview of the project’s scale, construction schedule, construction process, and quality and safety assurance measures. Following a briefing on the project’s basic details, the association’s leadership visited the model unit on the eighth floor of the project’s TI office tower and offered guidance on the ongoing construction of the bus hub.
At the symposium, Fang Shunsheng, General Manager of Dadi Steel Structure, welcomed the delegation of association leaders and expressed his gratitude for the Zhejiang Provincial Steel Structure Industry Association’s longstanding support for the company. He then provided a brief overview of the company’s production and operations, key projects, market strategy, and future plans.
Fang Shunsheng stated that Dadi Steel Structure has consistently focused on key regions, major cities, and significant projects, strengthening its core business while accelerating innovation and expansion. By delivering high-quality performance on ongoing projects and establishing benchmark brand projects, the company leverages project execution to drive market growth. To date, the company has undertaken numerous steel structure projects in the Shanghai area, steadfastly adhering to the production philosophy of “lean construction and flawless project delivery.”
The association’s leadership commended the project’s construction management and outcomes, noting that the visit provided a more direct and in-depth understanding of Dadi Steel Structure’s current development status and management capabilities. The association will continue to proactively fulfill its service functions, strengthen exchanges and collaboration with all stakeholders in the industry, and focus on building platforms for collaborative development, thereby making greater contributions to the advancement of the steel structure industry in Zhejiang Province and across the country.
Project Overview
Located in Jinqiao Town, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, the project boasts a total floor area of approximately 244,000 square meters and comprises two 18- to 20-story office towers, a four-story commercial podium, and a two-story bus hub. In September of this year, the project was designated as a model site for the Shanghai Pudong New Area Construction Quality Month Comprehensive Excellence Observation Program and has since been submitted for, and successfully completed, the review process for the Shanghai Municipal Construction Project Metal Structure “Golden Steel Award” (a municipal-level quality award).
The visit by a delegation of leaders from the Zhejiang Provincial Steel Structure Industry Association has laid a solid foundation for deeper cooperation and exchange between the two parties going forward. Guided by national and industry-wide needs for technological innovation, the two sides will work together to contribute to the high-quality development of the industry.
