Shanghai JinGu WK14-12 and Jinding 16-01 land parcels projects have successfully topped out.
Shanghai JinGu Intelligent Terminal Manufacturing Base, Plot WK14-12
At 9:30 a.m. on April 18, the topping-out ceremony for the steel structure of the inaugural project at the Shanghai JinGu Smart Terminal Manufacturing Base—the JinGu Lingxian WK14-12 plot—was successfully held.
Located in the core area of Tangzhen in Shanghai’s Pudong New Area, the project boasts a total floor area of 302,500 square meters and comprises 12 individual buildings, a two-story connecting bridge, and an underground parking facility. It integrates a range of supporting functions, including multi-story industrial plants, high-rise R&D facilities, a exhibition and display center, cultural and sports amenities, and talent apartments.
Buildings 1–4 have a main building height of 39.75 meters; Buildings 5–8 have a main building height of 22.64 meters; Building 9–10, the R&D Center, stands 22 meters tall; Building 11, the dormitory complex, is 39.75 meters high; Building 12, the Product Exhibition Center, is 19.45 meters high; and the underground parking garage comprises two levels with a depth of 12.83 meters. The project adheres to cutting-edge, sustainable design principles to foster a smart manufacturing industry that embodies technology and innovation for the future.
Shanghai Jinding 16-01 Plot Office and Commercial New Construction Project
At 9:58 a.m. on April 18, the office and commercial new construction project for Plot 16-01 of Shanghai Jinding was successfully topped out.
The project is located at the intersection of Shentao Road and Hanqiao Road in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai, with a total floor area of approximately 244,000 square meters. It comprises two office towers: Tower T1, which stands 99.95 meters tall, and Tower T2, which is 91.5 meters high. To the east is a four-story commercial podium, while to the west is a two-story bus hub connected to the Shenchong Line. The basement consists of four levels and is seamlessly integrated with the adjacent plots 17, 19, and 20.
Adhering to the “model-first” approach, the project has established a high-standard physical model zone for construction areas. Model demonstrations have been implemented for key structural details, including steel beam–column connections, electroslag welding joints for interior partition panels in the fabrication shop, submerged-arc welding joints in the fabrication shop, high-strength bolted connections, and on-site lifeline installation nodes.
From the initial blueprint to the successful topping-out, the project team has consistently been guided by the principle of “high-quality construction and high-standard contract performance.” Dadi Steel Structure will continue to maintain stringent quality control, closely oversee subsequent construction activities, and make every effort to ensure the project is delivered to perfection.
