I. Shanghai Jinding 20-01 Plot Office and Commercial New Construction Project

At 11:28 a.m. on November 6, the first steel structure hoisting was successfully completed for the Shanghai Jinding 20-01 plot office and commercial new construction project.

The project is located within the Jinqiao Development Zone in Shanghai’s Pudong New Area, with a total floor area of 165,000 square meters, comprising 88,029.15 square meters above ground and 77,089.94 square meters underground. On the south side are two 18- to 19-story office towers, constructed using a steel frame–reinforced concrete core tube structural system; on the north side is a commercial podium that is interconnected via underground levels with the basements of three adjacent parcels—Parcel 16-01, Parcel 17-02, and Parcel 19-01—forming, upon completion, a mega-scale mixed-use commercial and office complex.

The company has successively undertaken the construction of Plots 15-01, 14-01, and 16-01 in the Jinding Area, making this project the fourth key initiative our company has secured in the Jinding Area of Shanghai’s Jinqiao Development Zone.

II. WK14-12 Plot of the Shanghai Jinggu Intelligent Terminal Manufacturing Base

At 8:18 a.m. on November 8, the first lift of the steel structure for the WK14-12 plot project at the Shanghai JinGu Intelligent Terminal Manufacturing Base was successfully completed, officially marking the commencement of the steel structure construction phase.

The project is located in the core area of Tangzhen in Shanghai’s Pudong New Area, with a total floor area of 302,500 square meters. It comprises 12 individual buildings, a two-story connecting bridge, and an underground parking facility, and includes multi-story factory buildings, high-rise R&D facilities, a exhibition center, cultural and sports amenities, and talent apartments as supporting functions.

Buildings 1–4 are main buildings with a height of 39.75 meters; Buildings 5–8 are main buildings with a height of 22.64 meters; Building 9 is the R&D center, standing 22 meters tall; Building 11 is a dormitory and multi-purpose building, 39.75 meters high; Building 12 is the product exhibition center, 19.45 meters high; the underground parking garage comprises two levels and has a depth of 12.83 meters. As the inaugural project of the JinGu Smart Terminal Manufacturing Base, it adheres to a cutting-edge, sustainable design strategy to create a smart manufacturing industry that embodies technology and the future.

III. Shanghai Jinqiao South Zone WH7-3 JinGu General Industrial Building Project

At 8:58 a.m. on November 8, with the successful hoisting of the first steel column for the WH7-3 JinGu General-Purpose Factory Building project in Shanghai’s Jinqiao South Area, the steel structure construction phase officially commenced.

The project is located in the Jinqiao South Industrial Zone of Tangzhen in Shanghai’s Pudong New Area, enjoying close connectivity with central districts such as Tangzhen, Zhangjiang, Jinqiao, and Caolu, and benefiting from superior locational development conditions. The project comprises seven factory buildings and eight steel pedestrian bridges, with a total steel structure volume of approximately 30,600 tonnes and a total floor area of about 289,000 square metres.

Buildings 1–3 have a building height of 39.7 meters, Buildings 4–5 are 24.7 meters tall, Building 6 stands at 37.4 meters, and Building 7 is 17.2 meters high. The primary structural elements consist of box-type columns and H-shaped beams, with the steel columns featuring a maximum plate thickness of 35 mm and all fabricated from Q355 steel. This project aims to establish a benchmark model for cutting-edge manufacturing practices within Shanghai’s smart city initiative, positioning itself as a leader in emerging industrial sectors of the future.
