Dadi Steel Structure Wins the Grand Prize at the 2022 “Gold Association Cup” BIM Application Competition
Recently, the results of the 2022 “Jin Xie Cup” Third National Steel Structure Industry Digital Construction and BIM Application Competition were announced, with the entry “Shanghai Jinding Tiandi Training Center Project—Comprehensive Construction Application Based on BIM Technology,” submitted under the leadership of Dadi Steel Structure, winning the Grand Prize.
The “Jin Xie Cup” BIM Application Competition is hosted by the China Association for Construction Metal Structures, with the theme “Digital Twins, Advancing Steel Structures.” It aims to promote the application of digital twin BIM technology in the digital transformation of the construction industry, deepen the practical implementation of BIM in steel structure projects, advance the development of digital twin BIM applications for architectural steel structures, and achieve digitized, refined, and intelligent production and management of construction projects.

Since receiving the competition notice, the company’s Technical Center BIM team has meticulously organized and carefully prepared in accordance with the competition requirements. They conducted a thorough review and refinement of the project’s BIM application areas, as well as its benefits, innovations, and key highlights, fully exploring and distilling these elements. After numerous rounds of simulation and refinement, they finalized their entry, which ultimately stood out among 107 valid submissions.
