I. Commercial, Residential, and Office Project on Plot 22-02 in Unit N070501 of the Newly Established North City High-Tech Service Park
Winning Bid Date: January 16, 2022
Project Overview: The project is located at Plot 02 in Block 22 of Unit N070501 within the North Shanghai High-Tech Service Industry Park in Jing’an District, Shanghai. Covering a total land area of 39,866 square meters and with a total floor area of nearly 140,000 square meters, this site constitutes a key component of the “Jing’an North International Science and Innovation Community” project and, upon completion, will serve as a new engine for high-quality development in Jing’an, Shanghai.
II. Batangas Combined-Cycle Power Plant Project in the Philippines
Winning Bid Date: February 8, 2022
Project Overview: The Batangas Combined Cycle Power Plant project in the Philippines is located in Batangas Province. The project comprises three generating units. It was designed to U.S. standards and utilizes Chinese national standards for materials, making it another large-scale power plant project that our company has undertaken in the Philippines following the GNPK and GNPD power plant projects.
III. Phase II of the Ecological and Environmental Remediation Project for the Bodu River in Xinwu District, Wuxi City
Winning Bid Date: January 14, 2022
Project Overview: The Fengwei Structure, part of Phase II of the Bodu River Ecological Restoration Project, is located on the north bank of the Bodu River in Meicun Subdistrict, Xinwu District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, and is implemented as an EPC general contracting project. Inspired by the “phoenix’s tail” motif as an extension of the Fengming Bridge, the design features a graceful, lightweight streamlined form that evokes the dynamic interplay of a dragon’s head and a phoenix’s tail, making it one of the central landmarks of Bodu River Park.
IV. Prefabricated Steel-Structure Residential Projects, Including Those by Rong’an Real Estate
Winning Bid Date: January 20, 2022
Project Overview: The ZH07-03-56 land parcel project in Zhenhai District is located on Luotuo Street in Zhenhai District, Ningbo City. The total site area of the project is 64,871 square meters, with a total floor area of approximately 230,000 square meters. Our company is responsible for constructing the prefabricated steel-structure buildings within the project. This marks another successful bid for a prefabricated steel-structure residential project, following our win at the end of last year for projects with Country Garden, Poly, Vanke, and other leading developers.
Recently, the company has consecutively won several domestic and international projects, which fully demonstrates the market’s high level of recognition for Dadi Steel Structure’s ability to deliver on its contractual obligations.
