Strong start to the New Year market—projects in the East China region are kicking off in full swing!
At the start of the new year, Dadi Steel Structure has achieved a strong opening for its 2022 market expansion. As its market operations flourish, a batch of projects have simultaneously commenced construction and been successfully launched, marking the beginning of an intensive construction drive.
I. Shanghai Jinqiao National Training Center Land Parcel Project
Winning Bid Date: December 17, 2021
Project Overview: The “Shanghai Jinhuan” gateway project is located in the core area of the Jinqiao Urban Subcenter and has a total floor area of 140,843.54 square meters. The project’s steel structure represents the largest-scale civil building in China to date that employs an inverted-slab structural system, and it is planned to be constructed using the top-down construction method.
Project Progress: Site entry commenced in early December 2021, with completion of the tower structural work scheduled for January 18, 2023. On January 19 of this year, the hoisting of steel columns for the core tube basement of Tower A was initiated, marking the full-scale commencement of the steel structure works.
II. Launch of the Yinzhou Diehu Scenic Residence Project
Winning Bid Date: November 9, 2021
Project Overview: The project is located in Qidong, Jiangsu Province, and comprises two ultra-high-rise tower buildings, a four-story podium, and two basement levels. The total site area is 81,912 square meters, with a total floor area of 385,912.36 square meters. The rooftop height of the tower buildings is approximately 200 meters, while the architectural height at the top of the curtain wall system reaches 239 meters.
Project Progress: Anchor bolt embedding commenced on January 10, 2022, with completion scheduled for October 2025. Following the Chinese New Year, steel column erection in the basement is planned to begin on February 10.
III. Zhangjiang Online New Economy Ecological Park (B3B-06) Project
Winning Bid Date: December 30, 2021
Project Overview: Located in the Sunqiao Science and Innovation Center in Shanghai’s Pudong New Area, this project spans a gross floor area of 82,318.9 square meters and serves as a key component of the “Golden Mid-Automatic Development Belt” initiative. It will further leverage Zhangjiang Science City’s strengths as a hub for scientific and technological innovation, thereby empowering the development of the digital economy in Zhangjiang.
Project Progress: Construction commenced on December 23, 2021, with an anticipated completion date of August 30, 2022. Currently, the project is in the stage of embedding anchor bolts, and work is scheduled to resume in mid-February following the Chinese New Year.
IV. Zhangjiang Headquarters Round-Headed Enterprise and Listed Company Headquarters Zone (B4-02) Project
Winning Bid Date: December 9, 2021
Project Overview: Located in the Zhangjiang Huan-Dong Community of Pudong New Area, Shanghai, the project encompasses a gross floor area of 56,459.42 square meters and will comprise nine to twelve stories of R&D office buildings, a two-level underground parking garage, and other supporting facilities. The project is designed to attract high-growth, large-scale technology enterprises, with the aim of establishing a distinctive park that serves as a hub for innovation and technological breakthroughs, a new engine for industrial development, a strategic regional node, and a model for park development.
Project Progress: During the construction preparation phase, bolt embedding work is scheduled to commence in mid-February.
