This project serves as the flagship initiative of the “Shanghai Golden Ring,” located in the core area of the Jinqiao Urban Subcenter and also a key zone within the “Golden Central Ring” development corridor, with a total steel consumption of 2.83 Ten thousand tons.

The project is dedicated to researching and overcoming two major challenges: optimizing the technical approach and achieving precision in component fabrication. In light of the project’s unique structural configuration, the on-site construction plan calls for localized ground assembly of structural elements, integral lifting of the roof truss structure, and integral lifting of the floor-level perimeter frame structure. “ Bottom-up construction ” Carry out construction in accordance with the construction procedures.
