On the afternoon of April 12, our company held pre-job production quality and safety training for new employees and interns. This training aims to improve the safety awareness and self-protection ability of new recruits and interns, cultivate a good working attitude and professional quality, and lay a solid foundation for competent work.

         The quality and safety training was given by Fan Yanfang, a senior engineer of the Quality and Safety Department. After the lecturer briefly introduced the quality control of engineering production, he read out the safety education book for construction site operators and related laws and regulations, and explained the profound things in simple language through actual construction pictures and cases. The five major injuries in the construction industry were analyzed, and the regulations on on-site safety management and the identification of on-site hazards and hazard factors were emphasized, and five conditions for ensuring safety were sorted out for the trainers. Finally, senior engineer Fan Yanfang summed up her own experience and pointed out that as a new employee, you must pay attention to safety issues, improve safety protection awareness, and learn to master safety knowledge and skills. There are always hidden safety hazards on construction sites. The most important thing is to protect yourself. You must always keep safety in mind before production, and production must be safe.
