(Summary description)3月30日,贵阳龙洞堡国际机场三号航站楼主体屋面工程在全体参建人员的努力拼搏下实现全面闭水,如期完成闭水节点。三期扩建指挥部班子领导及各部门代表、大地钢构领导等人共同参与了闭水仪式。三号航站楼主体屋面工程由A区指廊和连廊、B区航站楼及C区连廊组成,总面积9万平米。包括屋面结构系统、构造层系统、智能天窗系统、虹吸雨水系统,总计铺设材料面积65.8万平米,用钢量288吨。智能天窗系统选用电致变色玻璃,面积为6000平米,是国内机场首次使用的高科技产品,该天窗玻璃可根据室内光线需要进行遮阳或采光。受特殊的地质条件影响,本项目工作面由原来的三大板块划分为22个工作面,工期由320天变更为每个工作面60天,移交时间从2020年4月跨越到 2021年2月。由于塔吊设置在楼内,土建结构完成后即行拆除,同时东侧北侧受飞行区站坪施工影响,西侧受EPC高架桥施工影响,因此不利于大面积施工和抢工。 按正常工法60天达到闭水是几乎不可能完成的任务,特别是本项目的屋面是弧形屋面、钢结构是异形,外檐口又是双曲面铝板,而传统屋面工法是散拼,外檐口是龙骨安装完成后再一块一块的在高空安装铝板,这样不但工效低、安全性差,空中散拼的精度也难以达到要求。为此,项目部利用BIM技术创新工法,对每一个工作面的主次檩、外檐口进行建模,然后分为若干个单元,在地面上进行整体拼接,实现整体吊装;外檐口也将铝板在地面安装、打胶,做到成品整体吊装,一次成型。由于大量的工作在地面完成,在提高工效的同时提高施工质量,为完成既定进度目标提供了技术支持。屋面工程自2020年3月开工以来,在多方努力之下,克服疫情影响,突破多重难关,圆满完成了一个又一个重大工程节点。2020年7月15日,GB2-1-1区首次闭水圆满成功;2020年11月30日,指廊A区成功闭水;2021年3月30日,主楼屋面实现全面闭水,圆满完成了指挥部下达的目标任务。大地钢构将继续秉承初心、坚守责任、勇担使命,全力打好机场扩建配套项目2021年收官之战,用实际行动助力贵州民航事业和经济社会的快速发展,为迎接党的百年华诞,献上最美的壮丽篇章。

          The main roof project of Terminal 3 consists of the corridor and corridor in Area A, the terminal building in Area B and the corridor in Area C, with a total area of 90,000 square meters. Including roof structure system, structural layer system, intelligent skylight system, siphon rainwater system, the total laying material area is 658,000 square meters, and the steel consumption is 288 tons. The smart skylight system uses electrochromic glass with an area of 6,000 square meters. It is the first high-tech product used in domestic airports. The skylight glass can be used for shading or lighting according to the needs of indoor light.

    Affected by special geological conditions, the working face of this project is divided into 22 working faces from the original three major plates, the construction period is changed from 320 days to 60 days for each working face, and the handover time spans from April 2020 to February 2021 . Since the tower crane is installed in the building, it will be dismantled after the civil structure is completed. At the same time, the north side of the east side is affected by the construction of the airfield station apron, and the west side is affected by the construction of the EPC viaduct, so it is not conducive to large-scale construction and rush work.

 

 

         It is almost impossible to achieve water closure in 60 days according to the normal construction method, especially the roof of this project is a curved roof, the steel structure is a special shape, and the outer cornice is a hyperboloid aluminum plate. After the keel is installed, the aluminum plates are installed one by one at a high altitude, which not only has low work efficiency and poor safety, but also cannot meet the requirements for the accuracy of the scattered assembly in the air. To this end, the project department uses BIM technology to innovate the construction method to model the primary and secondary purlins and outer cornices of each working face, and then divide them into several units, which are spliced ​​on the ground as a whole to achieve overall hoisting; the outer cornices are also made of aluminum plates. Install and glue on the ground, so that the finished product can be hoisted as a whole and formed at one time. Since a lot of work is done on the ground, the construction quality is improved while the work efficiency is improved, which provides technical support for the completion of the established progress goals.

   Since the start of the roofing project in March 2020, with the efforts of many parties, the impact of the epidemic has been overcome, multiple difficulties have been broken through, and one major project node after another has been successfully completed. On July 15, 2020, the first water closure in the GB2-1-1 area was a complete success; on November 30, 2020, the water in the corridor A was successfully closed; on March 30, 2021, the roof of the main building was fully closed, which was successfully completed The target task assigned by the headquarters.
