Dadi Steel Structure is forging ahead, hitting major milestones as numerous projects reach their structural peaks.

On December 26, the topping-out ceremony for Shanghai Jinwan Qicheng signaled success for this groundbreaking project. Nestled at the crossroads of Chuanqiao Road and Tanglu Road in Pudong New Area, it aims to establish a cutting-edge research and manufacturing headquarters park. With a vast 280,000 square meter area (180,000 above ground, 100,000 below), Dadi Steel Structure is constructing three 10-story steel-framed towers along with their podium structures.

Moving to December 27, Towers T2 and T3 in Phase One of Shanghai Golden Bridge Yuan Center achieved their structural heights. This phase features a 170-meter garden office, a 100-meter cloud residence, and a rental apartment building of similar height. These towers, reaching 100 meters, promise 84 luxurious cloud residences. Envisioned as a wellness-focused locale, it integrates work and living, envisaging high-quality residences with a central park vista.

Later that day, the Westin Hotel and Twin Towers in Changzhou reached a topping-out milestone. Anchored in the city's Central Business District, this project spans 108,000 square meters and comprises twin towers standing at 99.95 meters, blending steel-concrete hybrid structures. When complete, it will invigorate Changzhou's Economic Development Zone with a luxurious five-star hotel, a Grade A office building, and banquet podiums.

Heading into the fourth quarter, Dadi Steel Structure launched the 'Battle for the Fourth Quarter - Sprint before the Spring Festival,' ramping up operations. Teams worked tirelessly, ensuring seamless production, transportation, and on-site installation.
