In a recent announcement by the Shanghai Metal Structure Industry Association, Dadi Steel Structure has clinched five awards for "Shanghai Excellent Metal Structure Projects" in the 2023-2024 batch. Notably, projects such as the Shanghai Jinqiao Guopei R&D (21B-02 Plot) and the Lishui International Convention and Exhibition Center are among the winners, marking a historic achievement for the company.

Project Highlights

1. Shanghai Jinqiao Guopei R&D (21B-02 Plot)

Located in the heart of Pudong's Jinqiao sub-district, the project consists of three towers with a groundbreaking inverted roof truss structure. Standing at a height of 60 meters, with 12 above-ground and three below-ground levels, each tower showcases innovative design elements, making it a leading example of civil construction using an inverted system.

2. ShanghaiTech University Science Park and "Zhangjiang Online" Project

Located in Shanghai's Pudong New Area, the project spans approximately 82,000 square meters and features a 20-story office tower and two 3-story office structures. The initiative, in line with the country's technological development needs, has enhanced collaborative innovation in the Yangtze River Delta and fostered research synergy and technology transfer.​

3.Zhangjiang Online New Economic Ecological Park (B3a-01, B3b-01, Weiliu Road Underground Space) Project

Located north of the Zhangjiang Sunqiao Science and Innovation Center, the project covers an area of around 102,800 square meters and establishes a core hub for the new online economy. Integrating platforms, technologies and applications, it aims to become a thriving ecosystem that supports innovation and entrepreneurship.

4. Newly Built North Shanghai High-tech Service Industry Park N070501 Unit 22-02 Plot Mixed-use Project 

Located at the intersection of Shanghai's main north-south and inner-ring expressways, the project boasts a total area of approximately 150,000 square meters. Emphasizing the creation of the "Jing'an North International Science and Innovation Community," it envisions becoming a new highland for industrial development, attracting elites and fostering innovation.

5.Lishui International Convention and Exhibition Center Project

Located at the intersection of Huimin Street and Xiushan Road in the Lishui Economic Development Zone, the project covers an area of about 172,500 square meters. The steel structure engineering, including the exhibition area (axes 1-22), was undertaken by Dadi Steel Structure. The center's roof, a pioneering large-span truss structure, set a new standard for Lishui with its dimensions of 350x134 meters. Upon completion, it will enhance Lishui City's overall capacity, international standing and core competitiveness, injecting fresh vitality into the future development of the economic development zone.
