On January 18, Dadi Steel Structure Shanghai Jinqiao Guopei Plot R&D project kick-off meeting was held at the construction site. The company's general manager Fang Shunsheng, deputy general manager Luo Mingwen, heads of relevant departments and the on-site project management team attended the meeting. At 14:30 on January 19, the steel column in the basement of the core tube of Tower A was successfully hoisted, marking the full start of the project's steel structure work.

     On December 17, 2021, Dadi Steel Structure won the bid for the steel structure project of the Jinqiao Guopei Plot R&D Project ("Jinqiao 1851"), with the winning bid amounting to 387.3 million yuan. The project is the gateway project of "Shanghai Golden Ring", located in the core area of Jinqiao city sub-center, and also the key area of "Golden Middle Ring" development belt, with a total steel consumption of 28,300 tons.

      The Shanghai Jinqiao Guopei Center Plot Project has a total construction area of 140,843.54 square meters, including 93,209.27 square meters above ground and 47,634.27 square meters underground. It will build a 100-meter main tower and three 60-meter secondary towers, with a 470-meter podium flying frame through North and South, with a unique architectural image, have become the new landmarks of the "Golden Central" development belt.

   The steel structure of this project is the largest civil building in the domestic upside-down system design, and has attracted a lot of attention in the industry. The project is committed to the research and overcoming of the two difficult tasks of rationalizing the technical route and precision component processing. In view of the special structural form of this project, the on-site construction plans to adopt the "reverse method" construction process of local structure ground assembly, overall lifting of the top truss structure, and overall lifting of the outer frame structure of the floor.
