Project Overview: This project is part of the Zijin Mining Serbia Bor Copper MS Mine technical upgrade, covering the grinding and flotation workshops and intermediate ore bins. Zijin Mining acquired 63% of RTB Bor in 2018.

Project Features: Steel frame–bracing structure, English drawings. This was a design-and-build-in-parallel project. During shop detailing, coordination with the design institute optimized joint plate dimensions, while communication with equipment manufacturers ensured proper interface and delivery alignment between steel structures and equipment.
