2023 Annual Training Program for College Students and Mentor-Mentee Pairing Signing Ceremony
To help new employees quickly transition into their roles and adapt to the new work environment—ensuring they receive a solid “first lesson in the workplace”—Dadi Steel Structure held its 2023 University Graduate Training Program and Mentor–Mentee Pairing Signing Ceremony on July 17. The event was attended by senior and mid-level executives, including Chairman Pei Chuanfei, General Manager Fang Shunsheng, and Deputy General Managers Xu Xiangjun, Luo Mingwen, and Wang Chunfeng.
