Project Overview: With a total floor area of approximately 120,000 square meters, this super-tall mixed-use building integrates commercial, office, and hotel functions. It features a steel frame–exterior tube–box-type steel plate shear wall core tube structural system, making it the first project nationwide to employ the patented box-type steel plate shear wall design and the first to achieve topping-out. The project has also been awarded the China Steel Structure Gold Award.
